McKinsey Digital Lab offers comprehensive clients services that combine strategic consulting and the ability to directly implement advanced IT solutions. Our programmers, IT experts, and business consultants support clients with a digital transformation, including customer experience building, rapid deployment of business applications, Big Data solutions and analyses, IoT implementations, business intelligence applications and blockchain applications.
Norbert Biedrzycki is an experienced manager and technology expert with more than 20 years of business practice. He has managed large technology companies such as Atos and ABC Data and Sygnity, has sat on the supervisory boards of many companies and has worked on the development of many technology startups. In the years 2003-2010 he worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on strategy development, change management, and digital innovation. He also served as the Director of Oracle Advisory Services.
